RICO RODRIGUEZ is an ‘instigator’ for THE AGENCY: a counter-espionage expert sent to foreign territories to prep insurgencies, spark revolutions, and assassinate autocrats. A one-man regime toppler. To do so, he’ll make uneasy alliances with drug cartel, militias, local police and foreign spies - allies that often turn into enemies as his mission evolves. But when Rico begins to suspect THE AGENCY may not be the benevolent force they claim to be, he will find himself betrayed and alone, with his only choice to forge a team from former adversaries and ghosts of his past, and turn his skillset towards his employer in an effort to root out corruption and save THE AGENCY, or destroy it in the process.
